INDUSTRIAL PARKS
Hillsdale County offers four industrial parks in Litchfield, Jonesville, Hillsdale, and Reading.
LITCHFIELD
The Litchfield Industrial Park is an ideal place to relocate an industry or build a new one. The Industrial Park is owned by the City of Litchfield, and is a 220+ acre Michigan Certified Industrial Park. The setting is ideal and is in the only Michigan County that borders both Ohio and Indiana.

JONESVILLE
The City of Jonesville has established a strong pro-business climate in which industrial companies have been provided the full benefit of Industrial Facilities Tax Exemption Certificates (PA 198) as well as an option to utilize Public Act 573 of 2008.
The City of Jonesville has a Local Development Finance Authority (LDFA) District. This activity is intended to promote economic growth, increase capital investment and reduce unemployment.

READING
The City of Reading Industrial Park is located on the North end of town, right off of M-49. Located just 15 minutes from Ohio and Indiana, Reading is a short drive to Interstate 80-90, Interstate 69, and Interstate 94.

Situated in the northwest corner of the City of Hillsdale, adjacent to state highway M-99, the 360-acre Hillsdale Manufacturing and Technology Park provides light industrial, manufacturing, and technology related businesses the space and services they need to succeed.
