Natural gas is supplied by Michigan Gas with a 4-inch main providing 60 lb. of pressure. Sewer is provided with an 8-inch main to a lagoon treatment facility. Current use is 90,000 gpd with a total plant capacity of 200,000 gpd. Water mains are 12 inch with 57 psi. The system has two wells capable of delivering 200,000 gpd. Current use is 50% of capacity. Frontier is the telephone provider with digital and fiber optic in place. Wireless, high speed, broadband internet is provided by various companies.

  • Municipal Services Police protection is full-time, and fire protection is volunteer, with a village fire rating of 7.

  • Taxes

    There is no city or county income tax. Commercial property tax for Camden is 37.07 mills.
